What is your return and exchange policy?

Because our products are fresh and frozen foods, they are exempt from Taiwan's 7-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act. Defective, damaged, thawed, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 hours of receipt with photo evidence. Returns for personal reasons — such as taste, appearance, or a change of mind — are not accepted.
