MoneyCome Mart delivers frozen soup bases, noodles, radish cakes, and signature sauces to addresses throughout Taiwan. All orders are shipped frozen to preserve quality and freshness during transit.
Cold-Chain Delivery
Because our products are fresh and frozen foods, every order is packed with insulated materials and shipped via cold-chain carriers. This ensures your soup bases, noodles, and other items arrive in optimal condition.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days. Delivery times vary by region and carrier schedule. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Receiving Your Order
We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, thawing, or discrepancies, please document the condition with photos and contact our customer service team within 3 hours of receipt.
Important: Fresh and frozen food items are exempt from Taiwan's 7-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for full details on handling defective or incorrect items.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Orders meeting the minimum purchase threshold may qualify for free shipping, subject to current terms displayed during checkout.
